Why even train? Now that you time travelled just kill the guy while he's in a coma to guarantee saving your friends. But no, instead he'll learn to shoot a magic yamato canon or some bullshit like that.
Kind of a shame this villain showed up so early, it was pretty enjoyable having him moving in the background without being there directly. I can't say I found anything about their confrontation satisfying, oh well, let's hope the next parts get better.
This got a LOT better than I expected. It's pretty generic and boring until he gets his first companion but after that it gets REALLY good. The highlight of this series is not the isekai systems or combat but the growth of the relationship between characters and it takes a while to develop.

Mah boy calling the hero cute after seeing her playing with the rabbit makes me think that one day these 2 idiots will become even stronger than his parents and instead of making an ultimate kid they'll make a whole lot of 'em.
Also beelzebub is on the vol 4 cover so I can't say I'm surprised.
Cecilia is so selectively incompetent, yeah, sure, just let the second strongest guy in your army go attack by himself before giving anyone permission or orders to attack. She's fun with Karna but as a leader she's playing 4D chess one moment and is a complete mess the next one.
It's the definition of dumb fun, which makes it pretty fun.
First time I tried this I dropped it because of the loli thing but as it progresses the harem gets plenty of non-loli women.
