The skill name is Holy Jail which is in furigana. The text God's Worship is wrongly translated. (神の檻) means Divine/God's Cage.
Typically when translating the skill you dont need to translate the Kanji as the actual skill name is in katakana. The kanji is just to give explanation as to what it means.
some corrections to the names.
on one of the pages Lyell's name is misspelt as 'Rayel'
MC's previous name is generally translated as Reid not Raid even though レイド is probably closer to Raid in pronunciation.
also its Gaddles not Gadoles (ガドルス)

lots of people are kinda confused because the translators havent done a very good job at explaining it.
the terms in kanji are 貯畜 (chouchiku) which isnt a word on its own, but the 2 kanji together sorta mean "storage". the other one is 放出 (houshutsu) which means release.

@Anon2323 indeed. the introduction of post napoleonic banking & economic theory, plus modern taxation systems is frankly too far ahead of it's time. The system's arent in place to be able to make all these sweeping reforms at one go. Plus the sheer costs involved with the upheaval.
