Honestly, this setup reminds me of Beauty and the Beast. Three sisters, of different characters, a father who foolishly gets in over his head, and the man who is holding him accountable.

If you're trying to convey you don't speak a language why wouldn't you just say something, so they can hear you speaking another language and realize you [probably] don't understand them? Because we know she can talk, she talks all the time.

So "Tanjiro dies" was never one of the options. It was between A- Tanjiro becomes a new sunproof-type of demon and kills everyone because all their heavy hitters are dead or on their last legs. Not dead. The story would then have to continue in a more distant dystopian future where demons walk...

One of the things I really like about this story is the strength of the girls' friendship. So many times it gets destroyed in the name of the plot.

But how did he get in a fight that fast? Like 30 secs to be surrounded without her noticing?

FL probably forgot about this incident out of sheer embarrassment later. 😄
