Tadano had to deal with being embarrassed in two plays involving love of some kind, one of which had him crossdressing. I'm sure his circuits are too fried to appropriately "feel" right now.
Not only does Komi have a surprisingly supportive bestie for a love rival but she is also trying her hardest to not simply rely on her notebook to communicate. None of this can be easy so I'm very proud of her for doing her best.
