I had the same reaction as Fuutarou for Nino's hairstyle, but upon proper review... well, I like myself some good ponytails.
I find that Nino has been the most pushy and most disregarding/inconsiderate of Fuutarou's thoughts, be it before she fell in love and even after. From a personal...
I can understand one person mistaking the five... for whatever reason. But everyone else? As Eraviel mentions, how? Hair colour is subtle, but hair length and such vary. When you look at a person, you don't look just at their faces, do you? A human is cognitively wired to find the distinctions...
@du5k
5. I know that's a wig, because no one's hair is as long as Rena's. Still, if the wig is accurate enough to have a huge center parting, it might not cover the ahoge properly.
Well, as stated at the end of my response to this statement, I find that if Itsuki were to wear a wig, her bangs...
@du5k Some of your points are definitely worthwhile considerations, but I feel others are flawed.
1. She the primary deuteragonist,
I agree that this is in ways a reason, because stories after stories have had the main female lead be the "mystery girl." But the same can be said of any...
@Dinowa I don't think that the show would "spoil" who is the bride with the hair colour. If anything, having the bride's hair colour as anyone else than "the main heroine"'s would cause the same reaction you had: "Oh, sorry everyone, it was XXX, not XXX." And as we know, the bride's identity is...
@Kotalier I like the observations made, although I feel like a lot of other factors of the story are being dismissed in Miku's favour. As donm527 mentions, the story/themes that have revolved around Miku have been about her love towards him, and in the latest, it's been about her ending her...
@Wildfire_desu Charisma break is typically done in the obvious way of showing a character is less confident/more shy than they let off.
However, Nino has not Charisma Broken in the last few chapters, so having her do so in this scene specifically is just pushing boundaries.
I've always felt people cancel Yotsuba out of the equation under the pretense of "she isn't romantically interested." Why sure, you have to be like Miku, puffing your cheeks so cutely to be "in the race"?
A lot of romcoms make romantic interests rather obvious, but other heroines like Yotsuba...
....I'm just going to avoid discussing that last few pages, or guessing who it is. It's just going to be me racking my brain if it was any of the girls (except Itsuki, who seems to be the least likely to pull that). Any on of them could have pulled it off, be it for reason shown in the chapter...
@mage_goo
To me, it's concerning if people are fine with her being unchanged in her methods and who she is as a person, because at least for me, a change of goal isn't the strongest of character development.
But it's a matter of difference in preference, background and reasoning. Could rant this...

Essentially, "forget Yesterday" to me is the same as saying "don't hold responsibility of the past." Unless you mean to say "don't be held up by Yesterday"...
@DANDAN_THE_DANDAN Those a snippets from different chapters of Ichika, with the bottom one being a Photoshopped mix of two images: One panel from pg6 in ch41, with a strip of Ichika from the last page of ch60 overlaid on top.
I don't know if calling the most aggressive girl "best girl" is a good thing. It's good that she is getting past all the flack she had earlier, but at least for me, how she acts then and now are demonstrating to me a "I haven't reflected on what I had done" and an author's wish streak. Her...
A fried brain when Nino's on the mind? Well, with how it was confessed in the last chapter, why wouldn't it? Plus, that Itsuki burger, pfft! GJ scanlators on the nice jokes.
With the Nino Smug, can't deny that she's changed her cards from being the repenter (staying on the side, but bumbling...
At the least it's an interesting development, and tries to follow up on the previous chapter than dropping it at "he didn't hear it after all." I wonder what will become of the tension...
@InvinCybul
I do agree it's not comparable, because of how the presentation is done. Sure, I may have played it up, making it sound like Yotsuba is better off, but I am aware of the subjective thoughts placed into it.
So it may be better to say, you may have your head up in the clouds, not being...
Can't really say anyone has won. Yotsuba had a big leap in 21, and people wondered if it was going the Yotsuba route... which it hasn't. And of course, I don't like the creeping favoritism. But if this is the author's wish... I'll just sit around as people war over this. I'm just glad a dramatic...
@donm527 I'd take that best. The winner will be the winner, and we can guess all we want. Anyone can say one of the girls has dibs (Yotsuba ship here), but... I'd rather go with "whichever girl wins."
Currently, I'm rather stupefied to see people only thinking it's either fail or surpass. It...
@Seoul that is not... how breasts work... neither do I think the author has placed that kind of consideration into mind. While diet can change physique, each person has their limits in how much they can shape their body outside their fat. It would take more than eating in the span of a year to...
