Technically the manga (at least what's scanlated thus far) hinted at it, with that one chapter where it was obvious she wasn't wearing a bra when she was with Keiki. (Although that could be viewed as her having a brother complex, which I'm guessing was likely the author's intent at that point...

Based on the text, it could just be glasses with blue light filters in them to reduce eye strain while gaming and/or on the computer. (I need prescription glasses myself, but I did have a blue light filter added to it since my work income involves computers.)
