I love this series, but damn is the pacing and tone all over the place.
Chapters with serious progress followed by ones of completely unrelated comedy. I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happened here.
This is the first time I've seen a yandere willing to NTR her dead target in order to get his attention. That's a power move, all right. Alpha White Mage indeed.
@calmbreez GSNK is very much not a romance-focused manga. While there is "progress" between the various couples over time, it's usually either as a consequence - or setup - of comedic shenanigans.
Just enjoy it for the comedy and characters, don't expect the romance to take center stage.
This chapter feels like one of the first few ones: Evans tries to get a girl, girl turns out to be an outlaw. Only this time he's completely oblivious to the end. Pretty fun and refreshing.
Oh no, he's locked inside a building with the yan-tsundere! And there's nobody else around, so she's simultaneous the safest and most defenseless she's ever been!
...you know, that isn't so bad.
@Wheres_polo The music arc is over, we're back to the regularly scheduled Iruma harem.
But I really recommend you read it, even if you dislike Elisabetta. The climax in particular is one of the most gorgeous chapters in the manga.
@Esasaeriri
Such as? It's been established that his curse works even through (normal, everyday) clothes, so unless you're thinking of putting him into a suit of armor 24/7...
