I can see someone getting fired and possibly sued for what she just did. He is working on confidential files so she was bound to find stuff she was not cleared to see or review. Being a secretary doesn't give you the security clearance of your boss.

Would have been better if he was Isekai'd. Escapism into a video game doesn't pay the bills unless the manga explains how the MC makes money out of game like streaming or selling in game items.
