Nicole revealing her old identity was really misplaced. I mean, this guy was just another villain, so why bother? This was the first time of her talking about her reincarnation, and she did it at a point when it didn't even matter, since the guy died anyway.
Pretty sure next chapter will start with him making a half-heartede objection just to instantly back down because he recieves the slightest push-back. Because thats was he is: A total push-over who is completely incapable to stand up for himself.
Honestly, the islanders logic is dumb as fuck.
Just because one single outsider screwed them over once with a businesss deal that even they admit was "too good to be true", they go so far as to make a point of having no empathy for all outsiders in general. Despite that, the island seems to be...
Honestly, this manga was just like the other work of this author: Interesting premise, but no plan where the story is going
Well, at least no stupid alien-reveal this time. Guess it was axed too fast for that.
That was a short but nice sequel.
But I wouldn't mind another one. Maybe with a new main character, now that Arisu and Usagi are having their happily ever after.
I enjoy the read so far, but I really hate that we get another case of a "Oh my god, I don't want to stand out, but I will use my OP-powers in front of people"-MC. This is always so stupid and feels forced by the author.
Especially since she already spend a lot of time in this world. If she had...
@pihip Maybe she is a spy and with the people who trapped them there?
Or maybe she is some sort of assassin, using her appearance as a cover.
Or maybe she just is another psycho.
I suppose we will get the answer in her backstory.
@BrownStorm @ismaelh
I believe the events of the last few chapters were like this:
1. Highlanders have power because only they know how to make artifacts that are needed to fight monsters. They use this monopole to treat everyone like shit.
2. One Highlander guy wants to rape random girl (a few...
What makes the whole concept stupid is that in order to "win", they don't have to fight and kill each other. They just have to wait out the timer. And with a few dead people to eat, they don't even need to worry about food anymore.
But no, instead they keep antagonizing each other for no reason...
@Irasia
Highly doubt something like that will happen. After all, she did lots of horrible stuff in the name of her princess. So it is more likely that him setting her up was for revenge, not to prove her a point or convince her of something. After all, she is only one ordinary knight and now...
@alanala This is by fgar not the only thing he doesn't know.
Even if jerkass was still tied up and agree to help in exchange for being freed, what made MC think Jerkass would keep his promise?
Man, they even killed of the girl who was introduced in chapter one and therefore appeared to be the most likely to become important sometime.
I love this manga. There should be more authors have the courage to kill off characters like that.
