Why does this have such low ratings? I can understand that the manga skipped a lot of the development but it is a otherwise decent fluffy story.

You guys should definitely read the web novel for the side character's thoughts and feelings towards katarina. It completely changed my view of the story and gave very wholesome details for why all of the characters including the gardener and maid anne love katarina so much.
