@shishamo To be honest, if people ended up crying or vocalized their discomfort about bullying they'd receive similar treatment in my high-school. It was those that remained silent that ended up staying forever isolated.
@Darklight99 I'm on the "the author is a woman" camp. Mainly because of Chihiro's hair. Its position and style is too unceremoniously varied compared to most male artists I've read.
@Ninjajeff There are stuff in this manga that are well worth reading in Japanese, however. Not that many, mind you (just once or twice maybe), but if you CAN read raws then it's worth a read that way, too. That said I absolutely love this manga so YMMV on whether it's actually worth a reread or not.
@raifive My knowledge of baseball is shaky at best, but I believe if the catcher fails to catch that's a foul ball. If enough foul balls (2?) accumulate then the batter gets to walk (to the next base?). Purely conjecture from reading a couple more baseball manga.Might want to hear a real answer...
@tblst I thought she had a different reaction that time because Hayashiyama was not right there in front of her waiting for an answer (a thing she assumed Yugami was doing) and she had the shock of being confessed to by Hayashiyama already, so getting a love letter by him too was not nearly as...
@tblst This is different. You can see she had no qualms having a boy near her in the same situation before, but does get a slight reaction when it's Yugami, right? Nothing definitive, but I'm personally willing to call this a start.
