The Reina x Kokoro ship is building up more in this arc. Love that Kokoro basically bribes Reina with food to wear a yukata. She's already got her wai-fu skills down pat.

This is why i love this series. It plays with, subverts and sometimes pokes fun at the usual shoujo tropes while still being a fluffy romcom (with actual romance) that can appeal to anyone.

This is bait and switch done in the most epically wholesome way. Kitada is a genius. It's so refreshing to read something that teases bad but is actually good and wholesome. This might be the most wholesome and pure ecchi i have ever read. Also, hooray for wholesome gals

while the idea is unfortunately unfeasible to actually do, the idea itself in the theoretical is great. Trying to find good romcoms that actually have romance and romantic progression instead of pretty much stalling or ignoring romance from the get go is realllllllly hard.

At this point, i'm actually liking Shiori better. She comes off, to me, as just a huge dork who actually sees Sora for the person he is. Hana needs a lot of good development to really become likeable.

Honestly, i think the best way this should go is if the other girl started chasing protag girl instead of potato-kun. Any other way, without serious and thorough improvement of protag girl, will likely have this turn into a cringey shitshow.
