Maybe they'll meet Gorilla immediately in the next chapter. Or maybe not. I think this feeling of fleetingness meshes quite well with the overall tone of the manga. It wouldn't fit if everything worked out too conveniently. This isn't supposed to be a standard isekai, after all.
