@Tsudow MC asked Aegim to kill him, didn't he? Plus I'd add that the MC himself said that he repeated the day over and over, so there should be penalties for that.
Also, did the chapter just timeskip away the hidden quest that got him the Legendary sword?
@Amariithynar Almost a thousand chapters later and Ippo still doesn't get it.
Sigh... Ippo... If there's one thing Takamura is commendable for, it's his fierce devotion to giving your old man his dream.
@beakmozam oh you're right! I've inadvertently come to read Kanojo Okarishimasu first, then cleansed with the Sumi spinoff if available, then this.
In other matters... how in the wold is that horse dangling like that? 😂
The WN translation of that dialogue goes:
"All of you are geniuses and, therefore, none of you here would want to fall behind anyone else. If you’re a step behind, then you’re behind in every step!”"
Makes a little more philosophical sense in terms of falling behind from the group. Or at...
Yes, the conversation between Takayanagi and Juda was weird... but given two adults with a philosophic bent, and having had similar conversations myself before, yeah it's plausible.
@Justking14 it was sent by Sasaki from the past in one of the earlier chapters.
@lphj
I meant the idea, concept, innovation that may come from the minds of Takagi and Mashiro.
I found TPG pretty interesting. Tough to tell how much of the slip in quality was due to axe concerns and well, the...
@lphj
Yeah, that was really bad form on the mangaka's end.
I loved the series because it was fresh and different. It felt like something Takagi and Mashiro (of Bakuman) would've made.
@xyzzy Oh I see. Well, we'll see if that happens.
Thanks @markus2134 and especially @amplified !
I loved this series, too bad it was axed.
I was surprised when this came out though. It didn't appear in the official site. And here they want us to support the official one.... 🙄
@mahtan
It is. But I think the question was more of when
@akira909
It's still technically filler if it's irrelevant to the main story, really. By that logic,
I don't think it's that bad though. I still think that the biggest sin of Mad Snail is dues ex machina.
