Somehow it went over my head that Jinta was a Shima from the beginning.
So, his (biological) mother is a Shima from her Father side.
then since his parents are unfit to be his guardians, he gets adopted by relatives from Tokyo (Tamayo)

I've been reading this manga for a while and until today it never registered to me that Kumo-chan was such an effin monster since usually the things she fight don't offer that kind of perspective.
It's not like I didn't think she was strong...just not that she would appear that scary to...
This chapter made me realize that I've been reading some sort of sped-up Visual novel all along.
The panels barely have any action in them, it's like each panel is a actually a CG with some extra details added in them.
Is this it ? Manga's ultimate form ?!
Maybe I've been reading the wrong kind of post apocalyptic stories, but I was honestly convinced she drugged them to eat them, but no, turns out she's a good person. Feels odd.
