On one hand I like these specials, on the other hand I feel bad when the author thanks his audience for their support...

It's not a change of art style, but rather one of quality. You clearly see that the artist is only polishing certain pictures, those where he uses the finer pencil. I find that level of quality issue quite distracting. :/
