We've previously ruled on this before. The guy's username is an opinion or a criticism of religion.
He isn't saying "kill_all_muslims", which would be against the rules.
Until someone can explain why his name is a slur against Muslims (the people, not the religion), we don't see any issues.

An opt in ad system would require a significant amount of people opting in to be generate any significant income. Ads have been considered and are still a last resort as we have not exhausted all possible options.

This affects the API. You would have to add ?saver to toggle data saver via the API
@SolVic Yes, we are still waiting on delivery of 1 more server. And yes, if more people used data saver, it would help massively.
It doesn't necessarily have to be java but the client code is open source and is written in java. The idea is that you don't reinvent the wheel and modify that code.
But if you want to start from scratch that's also fine, but time is also an important factor.
