"having a parent as a love interest is way too adventurous for an otome game"
I dunno, there's an otome with birds as love interests, so you really never know 🤷🏾♀️
Damn OG Pryde was a true Villainess. Like that's evil, no doubt about it. I'm almost proud lol, a lot of otome isekai villainesses feel more like minor antagonists.
Plot is ehh, nothing we haven't seen before. Princely/Guy-ish girl gets treated like a girl for the first time by good looking ML. Standard shoujo, but it's not like it's bad.
I absolutely love the art style and the atmosphere it has though.
FL's friend may have been a bit blunt about it but he has a very good point. We only feel bad for the ML because as readers, we know he probably isn't a creep/violent stalker. Irl, it's a different story, I'd be scared as hell
It was an okay read with a satisfying ending. I don't think it's as fantastic as the comments led me to believe though. The pacing was a little weird, and it seemed like every character was introduced to be an obstacle and nothing more.
The main couple were mostly cute though (ignore the huge...
I feel no sympathy for Hibiki. Punk ass bitch. Why is there no likable character other than the leads?
@BCS I dunno, that's her dad tho. Plus Hibiki has been a bigger asshole about the whole situation so far.
Ooh 42 is a bit...much. That's a whole 20 year age gap. I think it'd be a little less weird if she were older. Like a 33 year old and a 53 year old is still 20 years, but it's less squicky
I'm just here to reread chapter 54.
Also, there's been no indication that Jeremy felt anything other than familial love for the MC, so that better not change in these Epilogues. It'd be fucked up if it did.
@Animeeater the main couple have a pretty healthy relationship and no one's an asshole, which is pretty rare for the genre. That's probably the main reason.
