@Hobnobs Exactly! I don't want to get into the whole comics side of it, since that debate is free for (us)nerds as politics is for old people.... I do think that your point though is on point. The mentality of protags(MC) that are super questionable from the start, are the ones that lead there...
I really don't mind the whole elongated "revenge story" of when the MC goes back in time and takes things step-by-step. However, with this one... Idk, it seems like it's going to happen, but then it's not, since it seemed like he could have easily killed both of them right then and there... So...
@Knighto The only thing that is completely inconsistent is the idea of "magic lines" in a person.
If we think of it similarly to meridians from a cultivation manga, someone that has broken/damaged meridians can't cultivate(or can ONLY cultivate their body), no matter how much cultivation...
Isn't that sort of a trap? I mean, she was invited to join the guild... However, I didn't see a "Decline" button. So, if someone sent a guild invite to just some random, they wouldn't be able to decline it? xD
YES! FINNALLLLY! A MC that knows that he is changing many things from his "past life" with just killing that guy, so it goes to show that he is changing his interactions from them as well
@Mizumachi Yup, with the MC that turns into a cat with that bracelet and decided to stay a cat to keep herself from being known as a "human" by Dragon Kings people, is the manga i'm talking about.
@Mizumachi They just clarified that she indeed knowing what she is doing and considerably "evil" .... So, what they entails or means? I have no idea. xD I guess we'll find out eventually.
Edit: Also.
I have to give props to a person that is the main butler. In like every other manga that has to deal with "status/nobles" I always saw Head Butlers/Head Maids as like these figures that are good at being "bad guys" or very keen on knowing how to see through people. My illusion of them were...
Yup, wallow in pity for being a shitty father. You'll only notice how pathetic it is for you to of treated her like that, when she stops acting like your daughter. I agree with most of you, I like seeing him act that way though.
Hahaha, I'm so glad I heard/saw that. When it's a Isekai manga like this, this is the mentality the MCs need to have.. In worlds where "murderous humans" are the main cause of destruction/pain/grief. Forget trying to be friendly. Just do what you want when you know you're strong enough to handle...
WHAT! THE! HELL! IS! THIS!
Give me back my heartache and emotions that bled out of me through this series!! Why ruin an obvious 10/10 story with a fast paced and unsatisfactory ending??
If there is no after story. I'm seriously going to

I don't necessarily think that the MC NEEDS to be friends with her. However, I do hope that he eventually looks past his mindset on why he originally decided to start helping her study in the first place. Yes, yes. She was a scummy bully in high school and the MC is looking at his long term goal...
