The translation is likely iffy. "I'm pregnant" was probably just "Pregnant/pregnancy" alone as to declare the topic, which led to the misunderstanding. "I just spoke like a baby," but the translation doesn't show that. Did she use simple language, intonation or did she say something else?

Top tier axe there given how terrible that was. There was semblance of a comfy plot. Does the LN include this dark guild shit? It's out of place.

The lab and machinery are damn eerie. The surgery equipment gives off an uneasy feeling I find hard to explain. And the change in scenery is surreal. Future shock is a pretty apt description. The twist wasn't surprising but the scenery tho.

It's too predictable but that doesn't stop the cringey feeling when the walk-in happens.
