Captain Mood Swings here is making this story weird and confusing. Feels like the mangaka is trying to hint that this guy might not be all that trustworthy but there's so much mood whiplash, it's hard to be sure.
Oscar, it might help if the cat bed is closer to the size of the cat. Not that any self-respecting cat would ever use the furniture you got for it. Honestly, you're better off just buying a really big cardboard box; refrigerator-size looks like it would work.
Last chapter, I implied that the "hero" was unusual for his willingness to commit murder in a tavern in broad daylight. Taking the events in this chapter as evidence, I was wrong, this is actually normal in this society.
A yes, a classic "hero". Considering he drew his weapon on an unarmed man in the middle of a tavern and threatened to commit murder publicly, I wouldn't be surprised if the "hero" also threatened the priestess and mage into not saying anything.
At least the other two party members didn't join...
The story is nothing new but the MC is tolerable and the art and humor really sell this series.
I hope they keep the elf in the main story. Her reactions are gold!
