Wonderful news, everyone! Looks like the publisher has changed their release schedule, so the new chapter is out. Watch the skies. And it seems like every chapter we have to remind someone that Gekkan Action is marketed as a seinen title, not shounen. Also ongoing: It ain't over 'til it's over.

This was short-lived, only had two tankoubon published, but the story arc was pretty much completed (as far as I can tell). It's still available in paper from Amazon.jp or Kinokuniya.com, and digital from BookWalker.jp.

The "Completed" likely refers to the manga series being done, rather than the state of the translation.
