Everytime we learn more about Matoba and Natori, I can’t help but pity them. Compared to Natsume’s current situation, it feels like they have no one truly looking out for them. (I dont count the Matoba Clan protecting Seiji becaues its only due to his status/power).

Ah this story. I always hope it will be cute when there are cute tiny ayakashi but lessons will always be learned. Dreams aren’t fulfilled just by wishing and hoping you’ll be enough. Even when it looks like you’ll never make it, it may just be that you’re missing a piece of the whole picture.
