Okay, I honestly gave zero fucks about the start of the chapter. Suddenly a different manga, one that's terribly uninteresting from the brief skim we got. Ah yes, let's have the -ONE- guy who has the skills, tools, and materials to make the costume necessary for the lynchpin of this whole...

@Lord-Raine Yeah, I noticed those as well. Their fighting is so hampered by the conditions they've started in, it's a miracle they've lasted even as long as they have... Though it's probably gotten a fair number of them killed, as a result.

@Add1152000 That's both a slippery slope fallacy and generally how the march of technological progress works.

@Add1152000 That sort of thing is how apprenticeships in the trades / crafts have always worked, though. It's how knowledge and techniques disseminate, and become universal. When these things don't travel, eventually they become lost. Look up Damascus steel for an example.
