@alanala I was also confused. But I think either 1) he beat senpai then and there, and it was counted a victory for him or 2) Senpai was knocked unconscious/injured (or some shit) so he couldn't appear at the location at allocated time, so our Mr. 19 won by default in CC match

I really like the way author goes with this. First he establishes the hate for bullies in our minds, and then she kills them brutally in return providing us (the readers) pure satisfaction. Can't wait to see how she kills other ones, looking forward to next chapters.

@KojoZero are you still on the plan to just upload only first volume? I want to read it, but I'm not starting it because it wouldn't be fun if it goes on break after only first volume (I have no previous experience with reading/watching Rurouni kenshin, so this is gonna be my first read). So...
