It's implied that there are a lot of people in academy city acting as superheroes but they so rarely show up that I had no idea they existed before the Agitate Halation arc. Touma deals with magic and Accel deals with the dark side so it's natural the everyday life superheroes haven't appeared...

Why did he change classes again? If he could limitlessly buff attacks using production skills in battle as long as he has fuel then was there even a need to make a new character as a close ranger to fight space monsters?
