@BRASH i agree. still love the series, but this is clearly not the strength of the artist. im hoping they will learn from it, and that taking a break from the way that it has traditionally been progressing will shake things up. im not sure how i feel this arc will feel once its animated tho

@cynical_dude_ i read it as being a comparison to mieruko and hana's powers. he signals to lil chibimiko when they are next to the ghost that they "need to hurry" with their fake act of not noticing the spirit next to them (which is a strategy also employed by the godmother, so 2/2 of the adults...

i think that the style of this manga is not well-suited to a poor translation. not a knock on the tl team; i def appreciate them for saving me the trouble of mtling it on my own....its just sad that we wont get to see this late night style manga blossom in english lol
