Is no one going to point out that the commander was staring at Yuuki from the stratosphere for some indeterminate amount of time *before* she decided to come down? That's mad creepy, but on brand I suppose.

The assasin side to this manga remains the point of interest to me, but it was rather heavily handed here. Hopefully the cliffhanger is a sign that we'll be moving into a more intriguing plot soon.
