I honestly don't agree that the MC is drifting through life. He's a bit of a wimp, sure, but he knows what he wants and lives the life he enjoys. He seems to like his job, he's got a cat, so he isn't financially struggling and clearly capable of taking care of something else other than himself...

@X3h0n honestly, I think this manga humanizes her too much in a way. She's everyone's private little worries and doubts, and their embarrassing thoughts and habits cranked up to the max, which is why we empathize with her so strongly. She's everyone at their worst.

Every chapter I'm reminded that somehow every love interest in this is awful. This time it's a harsh reminder that Sachi is the worst kind of tsundere.

Seems to be a theme for this manga that people make completely batshit nonsensical arguments about MCs situation and he immediately breaks down rather than taking a second to think about it and realize that every line they just spewed is utter bullshit. Like, why would you even for one second...

What's that "If heroes are supposed to protect people, was Jin not a person?" bullcrap now? Maybe ask these questions before you start wantonly killing people, laying waste to the countryside, and plot to spread anarchy, chaos and misery. There's a point where you forfeit your right to be saved...

I'm glad to see this comment section transformed into a seething pit of hatred for new girl. She really has no redeeming qualities, does she? She's basically the worst version of a yandere, but without the compelling insanity and depth of it.

Not gonna lie, I honestly enjoy that Takane and MC are so far "just friends". It's weirdly refreshing to have a female in orbit around the MC who isn't romantically interested or involved.

Now everyone's cheating. Except Niina's wife I guess? She's just neglectful and dismissive, but at least she ain't fucking around, so that nets her some bonus points.

I love how this current arc is less about their friends finding out about his condition, and more about finally getting to fuck despite seemingly everyone trying to stop them

@Siquall it's sad how true that is. If anything, Manabu has lost development over these 235 chapters! Anyone remember Tokyo-U chick? From the other school? Yeah, neither does the author.

Final arc wasn't great, what with suddenly there being a god who's a shit for literally no reason. But I liked it enough, and it ended the way it should have without a drama twist or something. So all's well, I suppose.
