Here I was expecting the drama to come from a combination of failing to live up to the standards of the original man's lifestyle combined with stress and guilt of the cool guy wanting his life back.
Perhaps in retrospect we shouldn't be surprised that, as opposed to all of the harem comedies with highschool age or younger kids, the one about the 26ish year old man and the 300ish year old women has them banging within 13 chapters.
I'm a little surprised they remembered Gregson. Most adaptations forget he even existed.
Looks like they're completely changing the plot of A Study In Scarlet too, which is probably for the best, since the mystery of SIS is kinda shit.
