Interesting. I've been suspecting Tsurumi of having some personal motivation for quite a while, but definitely not to this extent, huh.
>"the Law of Boutarou's Revenge"
Translator's notes absolutely killing it as usual, I see. :D
Dear Sakurai, please do not channel Heero. That's not attractive at all.
I did have a good laugh at the sight of him flinching, though. Good job, Kanako! :D
@Gotham2298: Yeah, that's one of the reasons why I'm liking this series more and more.
The revenge angle is shown in a somewhat interesting way (more interesting than in many other series, even those way dramatic ones), so I don't mind it.
As for those glimpses of the future - on one hand I...
Once again, I'm impressed by how realistic this manga is. And to think that the initial premise and rumours made me think that this would be some kind of a reincarnation/idol/harem series with incesty undertones... I'm still glad that I was wrong (well, idols aside... and I'm still a tiny bit...
@SuperOniichan: I wouldn't know, so far I've read two shoujo-ai/yuri series, I think. I just imagined a random wholesome scenario based on this chapter.
Well, at least this particular ML has a good magical excuse to be able to just casually leap onto the balcony (though it still looks pretty funny). And it's pretty refreshing to see a ML clearly and calmly confess without being overly sweet and/or dramatic about it!
On one hand, it's super...
The detective is nice, but that bit about treating someone like a person = like a man... yeah, I dunno.
Also, I may ship Kanako and Sakurai-kun, but I certainly didn't expect THAT to happen. I don't remember when was the last time I laughed so much while reading a manga/webcomic.
The last couple of chapters were a bit hard to follow (might be also because I returned to this manga after a long while), but since I've been waiting so long for her to appear, I'm pretty happy. Yeah, let's go & beat him down!!
Not a huge fan of Robia, but he played it well, I suppose. Though I wonder just how honest he is and if he'll keep his mouth shut when it turns out that she's not into psychotic/possessive types.
Well, it was bound to happen. Though I'm surprised how he can be so sure that it's not her - you don't have to be a doctor to know that sometimes amnesiac people or people after a stroke or a head injury act completely differently than they did before - and sometimes it can even be permanent.
They know so much about Metal Bat, and yet they suspect him of being a spy. C'mon, he's a simple man, spying isn't his style.
Also, Fuzzy looks like a JJBA cosplayer.
