Uh, for the speedreading dumbasses, IIno was clearly goaded into this whole "make Ishigami work for me" thing by Onodera. She even lays it on Iino by implying that Ishigami is suffering from guilt unless Iino does something to help alleviate it. So no, she's not randomly taking advantage of him...

@Derael Yeah. Also, Iino making Ishigami do things for her is actually good. Ishigami clearly feels guilty about hurting Iino (otherwise he wouldn't do it). By making him do things for her, Iino lets Ishigami essentially pay back his debt that he imagined and free's up the burden of Ishigami...
