Yeah... this is okay. Strongly reminds me of Akebi-chan no Sailor Fuku, with a bit of Hitoribocchi no OO Seikatsu thrown in and maybe a bit of Kyou no Asuka Show. So, not particularly original, but it's cute and awkward and funny, and that's okay.
