Exclude Tags works on the Latest Chapters section, but I feel like it should also work on the Top Chapters section.

In settings, there's an Exclude Tabs feature. It would be nice to make it so one could exclude certain 'Categories' (e.g. Shounen, Seinen, Shoujo, Josei, etc.) using it.
