@Ryrie I had the exact same thoughts when reading these recent chapters, and the only real explanation is that it's just forced for plot - happens a lot where refs in sports manga just seem to miss the blatant stuff magically but never miss a single muscle twitch of the protagonist and friends.

Of all the dumb concepts I've seen recently outside the norm, this one had me initially confused enough to warrant wanting to read more of it.

I stated in an earlier chapter my theories, but I'm pretty sure she was just trying to keep him for herself by making everyone else distance themselves from him - ya know, since she seems to have a crush on him and probably imagined she has 0 chance with Cosmos, Hima and Pan in the mix.

Looking forward to this, I remember reading it a while ago.

There were like, nearly 70 chapters of this from what I remember so don't expect it to end soon - does get crazier though.

Honestly, one untranslated bubble isn't really an issue in the grand scheme of things - I'm just thankful the translator is doing what nobody else seems to want to do and is using their time to do it.
