@continuum25 This is not a yaoi manga. Have you seen any sex scenes? It's seinen, so no wonder a guy can relate, since they are marketed towards young men. Real yaoi is also not always made by women and certainly not for all women - mostly teenagers and housewives.

That's a nice idea! But wouldn't there be an issue concerning copyrights? From what I've seen drama CD studios are more DMCA happy than manga publishers. Also why not go also for the novels? It's probably easier to implement than drama CD translations and there's no translator friendly...
