@Jpwong well, if that is the case then modern and stronger alloys would most definitely win. However, we do have to consider the fact that the setting of the series is in a different era so the resources are also not as advanced.
In such a case the ranking in weapons would go Mythril ,Damascus...
@Hell_Satan I already posted a link in another comment which shows why and how it would hold up to modern standards. the article in the link , besides general information, provides an example of one of the last 18th century authentic Damascus steel sword and one that was recreated by some guy...
@Hell_Satan Yes, that is exactly what I said in my other comments. There is a "Damascus steel" but it's just cheap imitation because they do not know the ratios and the folding method to 100% recreate Damascus steel. It's basically what the Adibas brand is to Adidas
@Newbii Orichalcum was considered a fantasy metal because the entirety of the western civilization that was not from Greece hardly ever studied Greece (they jsut dug up and looted whatever they found to bring back to their countries, really) and they only knew of said metal from the fictional...
@Hollow7F So, I am greek, born and living in Greece, and since Greece had a lot of trade in the mediteranean, I can explain a few things about Orichalcum. Orichalcum is a latin word coming from the word Orichalkos which is literally the combination of the words Oros (mountain) and Chalkos...
Orichalcum is just a type of mountain copper alloy. The crappiest iron full of impurities would be stonger than that. If you want something dense and you couldn't be original, you could've gone with Damascus steel which is actually very dense *Flies away*
"So what kind of fetish do you have?"
"well, you see, I like complaining and yelling at women while stripping them and then yell some more at their crotch, I find that extremely erotic!"
I'd just talk to the little child the same way :P In fact, I'd make sure to crush her hopes for the future as her gender pretty much limited her role and freedom in society in that kind of era trope :P I'd be like "I might not be the hero but you'd be lucking if you could ever amount to my pinky...
@Kanol Well, that's true in the case of ancient magic weapons but, my point is, if he can clone everything in existence what will happen to the value of goods and money? I mean he can clone money too xD
