The story is really wrapping up fast in the LN, feels real abrupt but I guess there's not a lot of room left to grow after 1400 chapters. I think there's only a few more chapters left, then it'll be years until the comic catches.

@Doomer it's ten times worse in the novel, the church slows the story to a halt and it only gets worse.

@Holocaust as someone reading it I'm genuinely surprised it's going to end in 56 chapters, I guess after he makes the Deity of the Gods for himself it just becomes a stomp of his enemies followed by an epilogue.
