Guard guarding what needed guarding is fine. Slamming a defenseless young girl in the face with a wooden rod while guarding a supposedly royal court sacred ceremony while guests are looking is a no no.

That guard is fucking dead.

This story doesnt make sense when its set in friggin modern days japan-like world Not even a fantasy / medieval settings.... Hey if you are not a witch but a truck driver who can potentially cause mass destruction and mass murdering by running your truck into group of people or ramming it into...

Sure the quality is different but Solo leveling does the same shit with the mc being hyped only to show up the last second to WOW the normies but i dont see any bitching over there . This is by no mean super well written at all but give it a break guys .

This manga does a great job of keeping the characters in character. Tachibana turned into a bishoujo but he still acting like a middle age salaryman because thats who he was...Not suddenly act cutesy and break character just because he has become a girl.
