Ok, I love it. This overthinking and deliberating and stuff is actually quite comical and makes it that much better. I think he needs to make a move soon, or else he's going to end up in the friend zone.
I'm guessing next chapter goes to 2 weeks later and it's just him reflecting on what happened that night. Great chapter! So glad he finally broke through her wall of acting and hopefully now they can actually be close friends.
