There's some rape(monsters) but it happened like once or twice iirc. Other than that the whole manga is full of gore and pretty graphic and obnoxious sex scenes. @SoloTYK

Wish there was some sort of after story but the ending is definitely a good stopping point to the story.

This isn't very good but if you like "op mc who saves the day again without any plot", here you go. It's kind of wholesome, he goes around and does random acts of kindness.
