Wow I hope they get together before the manga ends because there is a lot of room for storytelling after they get married. Like how other nobles will disapprove her and also perhaps a possible civil war if the crown prince acts like a tyrant.
I feel sniping is an issue when scanlators start to rush their released to keep up, but for a 4 page manga I would say it isnt as big of a problem of keeping up. Thanks for the translation for the few chapters.
@greyhud90 If the story is set in the feudal era which I suspect, most vassals are only obligated to provide military service to their liege in terms of manpower instead of paying a direct tax. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feudalism#Vassalage
Honestly the crown prince just came off as creepy to me. If he was a less handsome country noble, it's certainly not acceptable to temporarily abduct a noble while being so cryptic about it.
Thanks for the chapter. I feel that the 3 years were not wasted, the duke and Ibel were able to process their feelings separated and allowed the duke to establish his rule first.
Co-Emperors were certainly a thing in the middle ages, but mostly limited to their sons or dynastic members. The closest to this for non blood related members was the byzantine empire ( Eastern Roman Empire) where they would sometimes name their established commanders or godson as co-ruler.
Fake confessions are really one of the meanest things people under the pretence of a joke. Somehow that made me empathise with him a little more even though he was quite unlikable at the start.
She should be focusing on improving herself if she is going to rule one day if she actually don't want such a bad ending instead of being fixated on taking in the killer.
