It's actually much better than the images it was originally based on. The first few chapters are kind of eeeeh, but once the relationship gets established, she manages to not be nearly as much of an insufferable bitch as the original source. As in, you can actually see a legit relationship...

I... kinda don't like this. It's a bit too convenient for a manga that wasn't afraid to be harsh with the reality of, well, reality. The failure of the romance was bittersweet and poignant, so to suddenly have a nice little happy ending neat as you please is kinda... out of place. Also abrupt...
