I really like the story of the series but a lot of the tension is kinda ruined with all the flashbacks and comedy fillers that cut in between the present day chapters. Kind of frustrating. Master is best girl!

@daallday well that kind of explains why the novel was abandoned by the author. It was probably plagued with criticism and the author either didn't heed it or didn't care and just kept writing until even they got tired of the story because they didn't know how to end it and abandoned it. There...
