This manga is always so on point. IDK if it's better to read this as a teenager or as an adult when you can look back and think: yes, I did this too.

@Nobi Credibility is a good point. What bothers me is that, essentially, she's saying she suspected this plot for a couple of months already but only now chose to inform everyone else of it. It's a minor thing that can be explained away with "I needed to think about it before I came to this...

I felt like she should've told that story after she felt the negative energy in the village. What has changed since then for her to come out now? Anyway, it needed to be done; let's see where it goes from here. (Hopefully her ex doesn't become relevant again from this.)
