There right after you read it you get disappointed. But as you can see by this journalistic piece the Japanese educational system is backward and the truth about this getting axe is the Japanese government trying hide it.

Not an isekai just a historical manga, it's fine but are the 1400 more interesting than a fantasy world? Also imo makes no sense for time travel to exist but no magic. I like the setting just wish it was less shounen and more serious.

For a shounen manga it was a great ending but just bout 10 chapters for each heroine is not enough, also most of the chapters of the "common route" where meaningless he just started to show signs of any romantic feeling at the very end. That's the only 2 thing imo that could be better more...
