Yeah, the phonetic spelling/Hepburn romanization would be Zajirou. But the author (per his Twitter is username and how he spells it elsewhere) opts for Zajirogh. The manga description may need updating as well – for consistency – but not as important. Thanks!

The author of https://mangadex.org/manga/20023/rapid-commuter-underground officially romanizes his name Zajirogh (and this is how it's listed on Baka-Updates Manga, MAL, etc.), not Zajiro.

This chapter title got mojibake'd and cut off, it seems. Probably a problem on Mangadex's end.
