Okay, I don't want to go back and re-read everything, so I hope someone can answer this for me: What's this lotus in her stomach she keeps talking about? I know it's blocking her cultivation, but I can't remember where that plot point started.

@Seiris21 She herself said that her ability doesn't work on people with high "Fate Values". I'd be the MC has a stupid high value.

@Whyred That's basically what happened to the whole class that isn't the MC in "I'm a Spider, So What?" Not that the manga adaptation has touched on that at all yet.

You can tell it's a fantasy world because people there are oddly sensible about religion.

@gaida Actually, that'd be a good turn for this to take: This character was summoned as a hero, but was actually the prophesied demon king. It might redeem it a bit.

@Ainz Po-tay-to, Po-tah-to. Other than the RPG elements, they really aren't similar at all. Quality wise: The art isn't as pretty as SL, but it's still above average for the genre. It's more on the silly side than SL is as well, so it makes comparing the stories difficult.

So, about that.

@Kayriel Well, considering there are literal space monsters that eat a planet's time, I can kinda see where she is coming from. That said: There is literally an oracle of time in the setting who knows everything that's happened and will happen AND THEY'VE MET HER.

@Ekfreet Probably for the best. This series is at it's best when there's action of some kind (or the tense moments before/after said action). IIRC, just to gauge when to come back: Current Arc: Basically more of the same. This one might take a bit depending on how they spread out the talky...

@Hamin Hey, that's not fair. Only Fairy Tail was like that. Rave Master was significantly more tasteful and his new series, Eden's Zero, is... well, significantly darker. There was some "Friend power" bullshit near the beginning but that was mostly Jaiminisbox being a bunch of turds when...

What the heck? I mean, there are a *lot* of plot threads left but really? Can the series just end? If it had gone Escanor dying => Epilogue => End. It would have at least ended on a nice dramatic note. Just let the series die.

This is why I like this and that golem isekai: The MC has no compunctions about murdering a b**** if they deserve it.

Is there any important mage of the prior generation who wasn't in Fairy Tail at some point? It sure as hell doesn't feel like it.

@Liver Yeah, I was confused about that too. Why would they need to censor a knife? I've seen blades in a ton of other korean series.

This was a lot more entertaining than I expected it to be.
