@Xystus First couple dated after graduation, maybe you remember the chapter about her visiting him in his apartment as he's living by himself as a university student, but the continuation and their background appearances make it hard to tell.

She was surprisingly compliant with being revived in a different body. Technically, she is in a "better" body aesthetically speaking, but it still is a different body to what you're used to. I wonder if the author will go a bit more in-depth in regards to her original body, why she had that scar...

Fuck me is this series dark, it's kind of painful to read what shitty place they live in and what happened to them, but I can't stop. Thanks for the chapters you've done thus far, it must be a pain to translate a series this text heavy.
