this got snipped like a month ago xD As for goals of this series, really there is none, from the start he said that he just wanted to life normally while protecting the people he knows, even much later on he fights some pretty ridiculous things but all reverts back to him living "normally"...

Just the usual good vs evil setup, demons are always evil, they will never be good and you will never feel bad for them at any point, so i guess just enjoy the trauma that the author likes to inflict on his characters before suimei comes and magics his way out of all their problems.
